Bart Fotheringham, M.D.

Bart Fotheringham, MD is a graduate from the University of Utah School of Medicine and the University of Michigan’s Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation Residency.  He is board certified in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation. He has been an Oral examiner for the American Academy of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation and has served on the Utah Labor Commission’s Impairment Rating Committee.

Dr. Fotheringham specializes in the nonsurgical treatment of spinal and other musculoskeletal injuries. He performs Impairment Ratings for industrial and personal injuries and is fluent in Spanish.
